Top + Bottom labeling machines are integrated systems that enable the simultaneous application of labels to both the top and bottom surfaces of products. By allowing double-sided labeling in a single pass, they increase production efficiency and reduce operational costs.

These systems are specifically designed for boxes, blister packs, doypack bags, jar caps, and flat-bottom bottles suitable for labeling both the top and bottom surfaces. The labeling process is performed by two separate servo-motor applicators.

In accordance with GMP requirements, traceability functions such as production tracking, barcoding, and visual inspection can be integrated into the system.

Operating Principle and Packaging Compatibility

As the products move along the conveyor, two separate labeling units, positioned at the top and bottom, operate sequentially or simultaneously.
The product surface is detected by sensors, and labels are applied precisely according to their position. Pneumatic printing systems ensure complete contact of the label with the surface.
