Package Placement Systems

🔍 System Description

End-of-line systems are integrated solutions that enable the automatic or semi-automatic placement of products into cartons at the end of filling and packaging lines. These systems collect bottles, vials, cans, or blister packs from the line in a specific sequence and transfer them into cartons. They can operate with robotic or mechanical conveyors.

Designed in accordance with GMP and ISO standards, these systems reduce the need for manual labor while making a difference with digital tracking integrations such as traceability and error detection.

Operating Principle and Packaging Compatibility

The system consists of sensors that detect products coming from the conveyor line, a collecting hopper, a stacking module, a carton positioner, and a carton transfer system. Carton transfer can be done with the help of a mechanical pusher or a robotic arm.
