1. Rotary Feeder Turntable Systems

Critical Mission: Guiding the bottles along the line without grouping them at the start, and without jamming or backfiring.

  • Working Principle: Bottles, positioned by rotating on a circular platform, are transferred to a linear path using a circumferential guide.
  • Capacity: 30 – 180 bpm / Diameter 600 – 1200 mm / Adjustable rotation speed (0–30 rpm)
  • Engine: Geared motor, inverter controlled (IP55)
  • Body: Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel / Laser-cut structures / Easy-to-clean surfaces
  • Optional Equipment: Counter cell, product sensor, digital tachometer, emergency stop pedal.

 

2. Starwheel Indexing Systems

Critical Mission: Positioning the bottle at micron-level precision at stations such as labeling, filling, or capping.

  • Servo Motor Technology: Integrated position feedback (encoder supported)
  • Sensibility: ±0.3 mm / 360° precise synchronous movement
  • Material: FDA-approved Delrin/Polyurethane or stainless steel machined part housings.
  • Product Compatibility Range: Ø20–Ø100 mm / Height 40–250 mm
  • Body Specifications: Vibration-absorbing insulated feet / IP65 electrical panel integration.

 

3. Servo Timing Screw/Spacing Conveyor Systems

Critical Mission: Creating a constant distance between bottles prevents label slippage, coding overlap, and camera reading errors.

  • Work Structure: Helical polyurethane screw / Synchronized rotation with servo motor.
  • Compatible Product Types: Cylindrical, oval, rectangular, conical bottles
  • Distance Adjustment Range: 20 mm – 300 mm / Programmable via servo.
  • Building Material: Food-grade polymer + stainless steel support chassis

4. Bottle Conveying Belts and Guiding Systems

Critical Mission: To prevent the product from tipping over and to ensure it moves in the correct direction with a stable position.

  • System Structures: Side support rails (stainless steel), top pressure belts (food-grade polyurethane), product turning stations
  • Tape Material: Modular belt, anti-static PVC / special grease-resistant coating.
  • Adjustment Mechanism: Linear slide, scale guided / Quick change (tool-free adjustment)
  • Points of Use: Pre-labeling alignment, camera positioning, inkjet printing stations.

 

5. Vibrating and Linear Sorters (Optional)

Critical Mission: To transport irregularly shaped or small-sized parts (caps, droppers) in the correct direction and evenly.

  • Vibrating Feeding: Bunker + rail system operated by electromagnetic vibration.
  • Linear Feeder: Servo-driven feeder rail / PLC product request matching
  • Capacity: 50 – 200 parts/min (variable depending on part type and orientation geometry)
  • Surface Treatment: Coating options – PTFE / Anodizing / Polyamide
  • Automation: Product request sensor, level control, automatic stop.

 

6. Cardboard and Label Feeding Systems (Optional)

Critical Mission: Fast and precise transfer of flat format materials such as brochures, flat boards or labels.

  • Feeder Type: Vacuum drum or friction belt system / Frequency-controlled motor
  • Compatible Materials: Folded leaflet, flat cardboard, adhesive label holder.
  • Printing Options: TTO, platform space for inkjet and CIJ integrations.
  • Speed: 80 – 150 units/min / Sensor system that automatically prevents idle operation.
